Walking lunges: 2 x 10/leg @ 20lbs
Seated cable rows: 3 x 10 @ 25 lbs
Bicyles: 3 x 20
Leg lifts: 2 x 10
3 miles on the track. ~30 minutes, as usual.
5 min c/d walking on track. Stretching.
