Lat pulldowns: 3 x 12 @ 40 lbs
Tricep pushdowns: 3 x 12/10/8 @ 20/40/40 lbs
Single leg extensions: 3 x 10 @ 10 lbs
Single leg curls: 2 x 10 @ 10 lbs
Bicep curls: 2 x 12/10 @ 12.5/20 lbs
Stability ball passes: 2 x 10
