Yesterday Gill and I hit up the UPEI gym together. It was fun!
Legs
Walking lunges: 3 x 10 @ 30 lbs
Single leg split squats: 3 x 10 @ 24 lbs
Deadlifts (dumbells): 3 x 10 @ 30 lbs
45 degree leg press: 3 x 10 @ 90 lbs
Hammie curls: 3 x 10 @ 50 (kgs???lbs?? who knows!)
60 minutes walking and gabbing on the track haha
