20 minutes bike (5 w/u, 10 mins intervals w/ 3 KP resistence, 5 c/d)
rolling out IT bands (they felt a little better today)
30 half squats
30 hip adductions
5 x balancing on one leg (15-30 secs)
balancing on one leg on the bosu (this is fun!)
Thursday at physio:
