5 minutes w/u spin bike
I was going to do legs today but they had just cleaned the floor and I did not want to risk any type of knee damage so I did some squats and ran a bit longer instead.
Squats w/ med ball: 3 x 10 @ 6 lbs
Cardio
65 minutes treadmill (5.5 mi run + c/d)
