What a kick ass week!
* Logged 24.4 miles of running
* 2 solid cross-training days (1 spin, 1 arc trainer)
* 4 days of strength training
This week I want to hit 25 miles of running, 3 full body lifting days, and 2 days of cross.
Also, adding to my goals for 2009:
* Run 1,000 miles this year!
