I went to the gym planning to do legs + 6 miles on the treadmill but they were all taken and it was gorgeous outside so I hit the roads!

Hip adductors: 3 x 20 @ 90 lbs
Calf raises: 3 x 20 @ 45 lbs

Torso twists: 2 x 15 @ 70 lbs
