Walking lunges: 3 x 10/leg @ 16 lbs
Plie squats: 3 x 10 @ 8 lbs
Deadlifts: 3 x 10 @ 20 lbs
Squat w/ bar: 3 x 10 @ 35 lbs
Leg extensions: 3 x 12 @ 15 lbs

Cardio:
40 minutes cross trainer @ level 6
20 minutes bike @ level 8
