Walking lunges: 3 x 20 @ 20 lbs
Chest flyes: 3 x 10 @ 20 lbs
Overhead dumbell shoulder press: 3 x 10 @ 20 lbs

Treadmill: 10 min run, 10 min walk

Hungover.. lazy.
