25 minutes elliptical
20 minutes walking on treadmill @ 4.0mph, 2% incline

Abs
Medecine ball twists: 2 sets of 50 reps
Leg lifts with 2lb medecine ball: 3 sets of 5 reps. These were difficult, I love it.
Hanging knee raises: 3 x 15
