Bent over one arm rows: 3 x 10 @ 15lbs/arm

Apex decline press: 3 x 10/10/8 @ 25 lbs
Pec Dec: 3 x 10 @ 35lbs
20 push-ups

45 minutes stationary bike @ level 6-8

bria-for all of this working out that you're doing, you should be getting at LEAST 17000g of protein every day. I suggest you go drink a protein shake and eat a steak.

Well maybe I could add a protein shake every 2 hours, and a 40 oz. stake to all of my meals?

Do you think that'd be enough? I heard protein is SO good for me, and will make my muscle look SO good.
