-single leg split squats, 2x10@ 20lbs
-deadlifts, 3x12@ 30lbs
-hamstring curls, 3 x 10 @ 50 (lbs?)

Saturday:

Shoulders
Shoulder press: 3 x 10/10/6 @ 30/40/50 lbs
Overhead press: 3 x 10/8/6 @ 20/30/30 lbs
Upright rows: 3 x 10/10/10 @ 45/45/35 lbs

Chest
Lying dumbell chest press: 3 x 10 @ 16/16/20 lbs
Incline chest press (lever): 3 x 10/8/6 @ 30 lbs
Pec Dec: 3 x 10 @ 30 lbs

Cardio: walked to the gym and ran/walked back (1 hour)
