Hip felt crappy today. It seems to do that if I ran longer than 10k (like I did yesterday), hmmm. Might make tomorrow a rest or cross training day.

My hip hurts sometimes on my longer runs too. Usually not both at the same time. It varies. I find if I stretch my hip flexors that helps a bit..

Thanks for the tip. It is just my left hip that does it, must be my stride or something. I'll try more hip stretching.
