Cardio:
25 minutes treadmill (20 minute run + 5 min w/u & c/d)
20 minutes bike, manual setting, level 6 (5ish miles)

Abs:
Crunches: 2 x 15
Side bends: 2 x 12/side @ 20 lbs

+ 2 miles walking to & from gym.
