Swim day :)

45 minutes, which was 3X:

200m swim (4 min each)
200m pull
200m kick

And a few weights:

Leg Press: 3 x 15 @ 130/130/150 lbs
Hip Abductions: 3 x 20 @ 70 lbs
Calf press: 3 x 15 @ 70 lbs (left only)

And some stretching.
