Cardio:
20 minutes walk to gym
10 minutes bike @ levels 6-10 (mostly 10)
30 minutes treadmill (3 mins walk/3 minutes jog @ 5.5mph, 6 min walking CD)

Weights:
Hanging knee raises: 3 x 20
Half squats: 2 x 15 w/ 25lb bar
Walking lunges: 3 x 10 @ 16 lbs
Leg press: 3 x 20 @ 50 lbs
