30 minutes elliptical (mostly level 10 resistence/ramp 10)

Abs:
Crunches on the ball: 3 x 20/15/10
Side bends: 2 x 15/side @ 15 lbs
Bicycles: 2 x 20
Calf press: 3 x 20 @ 70 lbs
