Hills, hills, hills

Tonight at running group we did hill intervals. This was supposed to be an easy day for me, as my mileage goes up again this week. BUT. I just felt so good! I just wanted to run, run, run. I'll likely pay for it tomorrow morning during my 6 mile "sorta long run".

after the run I also did:
Crunches w/ legs @ 90 degree angle: 3 x 12
Dumbell curls: 2 x 10/arm @ 17.5lbs
Standing hamstring curls: 2 x 10/leg @ 20lbs
Seated leg extensions: 2 x 10/leg @ 10 lbs
Calf press: 2 x 10/leg @ 10 lbs
Adductors: 3 x 10 @ 90 lbs
Squats on upside down bosu: 3 x 10
Lunges on to bosu: 3 x 10

Those are some impressive times for hill intervals. Wow!

Thanks! I must admit they weren't long intervals though. We ran up the same hill 6 times, a little further each time. Probably 1/10th of a mile or so. It was fun though. :)
