Dumbell shoulder press: 3 x 10 @ 25 lbs
Upright rows (bar): 3 x 10 @ 30 lbs
Rear lat raises: 3 x 10 @ 20 lbs
Tricep dips: 3 x 10 @ 50/70/70 lbs
Tricep kickbacks: 3 x 10 @ 20 lbs
Dumbell curls: 3 x 10/10/8 @ 20 lbs
Concentration curls: 3 x 10/arm @ 12.5lbs
Twisted incline situps: 3 x 20

treadmill | 1 % incline | 2.00 miles | 20:04
treadmill | 1% incline | 10 minutes walking

Did intervals on the treadmill.. pretty sporatic. First 0.25 miles at 7.5mph (8:00/mi), then various 1 minute intervals at 7.5mph or 7.0mph (probably 6 or so). Walking and light jog in between.
